If you've read my columns on the ethics of downsizing ("Downsizing 101" and "Downsizing 102," originally published on BusinessWeek.com and now available here under the Columns tab), you know that there is a LOT of material to cover--and I'll have only 3 minutes! I'll be keen to see if you think that I've done the columns justice. At the very least, I hope the appearance will prompt more people to read these articles--and, of course, it would be great to give a more talks on this timely topic.
