SPRING CLEANING? PDF Print E-mail

We're on the cusp of spring, and that means throwing out the old to make room for the new.

But it's not just tired clothes and dusty knick-knacks that we should eliminate from our lives. Isn't it also the right time to discard some of the attitudes, beliefs, and anxieties that hold us back from being the best we can be?

What would *you* like to get rid of that would make your life more pleasant, easier, happier?

Let's talk about spring cleaning in the deeper, more meaningful sense: clearing our minds of the negative thoughts and feelings that present unnecessary obstacles to living the life we were meant to live.

This type of cleaning isn't a nicety.

It's an ethical obligation.
